Returns

- Returned items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- In their original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If approved, refunds will be processed as either:
- A replacement product, or
- Refunds are not provided in cash since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Products not in their original condition ( missing parts, used, or without packaging).
- Items returned after the 7-day window.
Exchanges
