Returns

  • Returned items must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
    • In their original packaging.
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed as either:
    • A replacement product, or
  • Refunds are not provided in cash since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.
